How to get to Galaxy Hotel Athens
By Taxi
On your arrival in Athens the faster way to get to our hotel is by taxi, which is very easy to get by simply waving your hand to one when the flag in front of the taxi is on. Approximate cost and distances from main points of interest to the hotel are as follows:
Athens International Airport / 35 Km / 50 euros
Piraeus Port / 9 Km / 10 - 12 euros
Athens Center / 9 km / 10 - 12 euros
Train Station / 9 Km / 8 - 10 euros
Dafni Metro Station / 4 Km / 3 - 4 euros
Note that the above mentioned prices for taxies are inclusive of all extra charges i.e. flag rate, airport or port fare and luggage. If you choose to use a taxi after 24:00 and before 05:00 , there will be an increase of the above price, since at that period of the day taxies run on a more expensive price per kilometer.
During Christmas and Easter period there is a surplus, paid directly to the taxi driver, on top of the prices mentioned above.
